For this client, the challenge was to host an event that would bring 120 employees and their partners together in the heart of London, while capturing the spirit of the season.
They asked us to:

- Ensure every guest felt equally considered, with dietary needs – from vegan to gluten-free, halal to nut-free – seamlessly taken care of.
It was clear from the start that this would be more than just a party. It needed to feel like a gift to their team: a moment to relax, connect, and enjoy.
The Solution
To bring this vision to life, we knew every detail had to work in harmony – from the food to the atmosphere to the behind-the-scenes logistics.
We focused on designing an experience that combined festive tradition with thoughtful inclusivity, while transforming the office space into somewhere truly magical.
Catering & Menu Design
Food is often the heartbeat of a celebration, and we wanted every guest to feel included. We designed a menu that balanced festive tradition with modern creativity:
- A buffet featuring roast Turkey with cranberry compote, honey-glazed root vegetables, and hearty vegan wellingtons.
- Interactive grazing stations, from a cheese and charcuterie bar to a hot chocolate station laden with festive toppings.
- Custom-labelled dishes to clearly highlight allergens and dietary requirements, ensuring a stress-free dining experience for everyone.
Guests could graze, gather, and talk – the kind of dining that sparks conversation and connection.
Creative Direction
We transformed a familiar office into a space that felt worlds away from the workday routine. Think:
- Warm fairy lights twinkling overhead.
- Gold accents and wreath centrepieces on tables.
- A live jazz quartet filling the room with gentle melodies, later giving way to a DJ and a packed dance floor.
The design created a journey – from sophisticated drinks reception to vibrant party – that perfectly mirrored the rhythm of the evening.
Logistics & Management
Behind the scenes, our role was to make sure the magic happened without a hitch. We:
- Coordinated décor, entertainment, and bar services.
- Timed catering around speeches and awards, ensuring the flow felt effortless.
- Managed the entire setup and breakdown so the client could focus on enjoying the night.
The invisible details – the kind guests rarely notice – were what allowed the evening to feel so seamless.
The Event
From the moment guests stepped into the venue, the transformation was striking. Gone was the familiar office space; in its place was a glowing festive retreat. Welcome drinks of mulled wine and spiced apple punch greeted everyone with warmth and cheer.
The grazing stations quickly became lively hubs, encouraging colleagues and partners to mingle, laugh, and share. Dinner followed, with compliments pouring in about the variety and flavour of the food. Guests noticed – and appreciated – how thoughtfully every dietary need had been accommodated.
But the real highlight was the interactive dessert bar. Watching teams gather to decorate their own festive cupcakes, laughing over designs and snapping photos, was proof that the evening had achieved exactly what it set out to do: connection, celebration, and joy.
The night ended on the dance floor, with a DJ keeping the energy high until the last song. Guests left with full hearts and happy memories — and we left knowing we’d delivered an end-of-year celebration that truly captured the spirit of the season.
