Brooklands Museum
Set within 32 acres of historic grounds in Weybridge, Surrey, Brooklands Museum offers a wonderfully distinctive setting for corporate events, private celebrations and special occasions. As the birthplace of British motorsport and an important centre of aviation history, the venue has a character and sense of story that immediately sets it apart.
At the heart of the Museum is the historic Edwardian Clubhouse, home to a collection of elegant Art Deco-inspired event spaces overlooking the grounds. The Napier Room, the venue’s largest function space, features its own private balcony overlooking the Paddock, while the Bluebird Room is surrounded by fascinating memorabilia associated with Sir Malcolm Campbell and his famous Bluebird racing car.
For smaller gatherings, private dining and drinks receptions, spaces including the Locke King Room, Members’ Bar and Shilling Room provide plenty of flexibility. Events can also make use of the wider Museum and its remarkable collection of racing cars, aircraft and historic exhibits, creating an atmospheric backdrop for drinks receptions, dinners, product launches and celebrations.
One of the real pleasures of hosting an event at Brooklands is the opportunity to bring its history into the occasion. Private museum tours, the F1 simulator and Concorde experiences can all add another dimension to the day, whether entertaining corporate guests or bringing friends and family together for a milestone celebration.
With space for up to 220 guests for a reception and up to 150 seated, together with complimentary on-site parking and good connections to London, Brooklands Museum combines memorable surroundings with impressive versatility.
